Gui "nudge" keys stop working

Whenever I am creating a GUI and am using the arrow keys to nudge controls around, eventually the controls just stop moving as if I "ran out" of nudging. Anyone else experience this / know how to fix this or know where the commands are set up in script to issue the nudge commands when you hit an arrow key?
