Q1) What is the difference with TGE and TGEA?
Q2) What is the difference with Indie and Commercial?

There's a tutorial on TDN that shows you how to do it. Basically you set the model up correctly, and use the exporter.

Q1) Can TGE compile a game into an .exe? If so, how?
Q2) Why is Commercial more expensive then Indie?
Q3) Is there anyway to get any other content packs or stuff for free once I purchase TGE?
EDIT: I forgot the most import question, with TGE can you save and load your game? I would like to know if it is possible to do this like Pokemon, how you save and you have everything exactly where you left off.

2) A Commercial license is needed if you plan on selling over $250,000.00 .
3) Several content packs have been included into stock torque, trees, players etc. But aside that no, you need to pay for peoples' works
4) Yes you can save and load with Torque products.
My personal analysis from your questioning is that you probably need some exposure to game modding before jumping knee deep in game development. When you do start pace yourself, it is a lot to swallow and can be come intimidating very quickly. Game Dev is not for the feint of heart.
Luckly you can start modding with just the DEMO versions of TGE or TGEA and start learning the scripting language and art pipeline, at NO cost

1) The executable (exe) is the result of compiling the C code, that coupled with the data ( images, models animations and scripts) is a game. 2) A Commercial license is needed if you plan on selling over $250,000.00 .

2. Nothing but the license. Commercial is transferable.
3. That's kind of broad - In general, anything, as long as it's a game, and you have enough time.
4. don't know.
