PD Particles on 64-bit Windows XP?

Anyone here using PD Particles on Windows XP 64-bit? Please contact me, need to know if there's any problems installing.

no issues with windows7 64bit ultimate. but windows7 32bit premium on a motion tablet crashes every time upon new file or open existing file, until then sits awaiting option selection.
