What's F10?

I have recently entered the code editor and F10 pressed.
This editor(?) is very strange.
What do you there?
Please help me!

You're on a PC, I believe.

F10 is an editor to change the menu graphics, known as the "GUI Editor".
I wouldn't mess around with it too much, as editing files tends to mess up other aspects of the menu. For example, changing the main menu causes the Exit button to malfunction.
