Purchased this game about 18 months ago for my daughter. I now want to transfer the game over to her new computer which has vista. I downloaded the game off yr site and then entered my activation key no, but it came up with this message \"COULD NOT WRITE INFO TO THE INSTALLED VOLUME. MAKE SURE IT IS INSTALLED IN A DIRECTORY YOU CAN WRITE TO\". This directory and folder isnt Archive only or Read Only so I cannot work out what the problem is. It worked on my last computer but the only difference was that I had Windows XP. Hoping you can help. Best regards Barb

Here's the steps I sent:
Get into Explorer (Win-E)
Navigate to Computer, Local Disk (C:), and Program Files (x86)
Right-Click MarbleBlast
Select Properties
Click the Security Tab
Under the first window of users and groups, click Edit.
Accept the security dialogue.
Click the Add button on the dialog that appears.
Type Everyone in the text box and click Check Names.
Click OK.
Select the Everyone group in the group box.
Place a checkmark in Full Control.
Click Apply.
Close out and try running Marble Blast again.

Well never mind, as stranger things have happened on the net. Double checked my emails and junk mail and definitely nothing came thru. But thats OK as the problem is getting fix now so thats what counts. So thanks for the above, but its 1am here so I shall try it out in the morning when the eyes are more clear and will let u know how it went.... Regards,

If you right-click on the MarbleBlast directory and click preferences, you should be able to click on the security tab and adjust the security properties so that the EVERYONE group has full access to everything in the directory (make sure to recurse through directories).
I'll login into my Vista install to try to provide the exact steps.
