Tread 3.0 Alpha

Appears active support for the Tread Map Editor may be coming back. Once again this map editor comes into the spotlight on PlanetQuake. The authors intent is to keep it open source, and keep it going.
Personally; I feel optimally if the author wants to get an active community; he needs a Website, Forum and Wiki. Then again optimally; Convert it to a cross-platform library like WxWidgets. But thats just my 1 1/2 Cents.
I figuared i'd just drop a line to let ya know that Tread may be returning.

Yea; going to wxwidgets would be a chore. Most likely require a full rewrite.
