Thanks, but thats's not it.. there is only one DLE in the resource you linked; the one that is missing is a 'pro' exporter version with several files & a folder structure for the gui and labels, ect..

this is the actual resouce landing page:

Right... that one. I still suggest using the old exporter since it actually works properly, but otherwise; I believe you can still find the exporter (not sure which version of max it's compiled for though, probably 8 or so?) included with TGE, should be in the \SDK\tools\max2dtsExporterPro\max_install folder.
