You (GarageGames) should market Marble Blast FX and Marble Blast Ultra for the computer. (Mac and PC)
It would be really cool. Or for people that bought Marble Blast Gold, make FX a free update.

Did FX ever get released outside of the nVidia booth at GDC?

I don't know why people would pay good money for this. It had no features or content that were unique.

Technically no, but fun trivia: The VertexBufferManager (VBM) was the first incarnation of what became TGEA GFX. The VBM allocated and drew geometry, and managed render states. I don't know why people would pay good money for this. It had no features or content that were unique.

I think the TX demo of a MBU level should be released to me so I can make others jealous.

The Marble Blast XNA (MBU X) level? That level so rocks. :) I wish GG could convert that level to MBO format.
