Will the EULA permit Houdini DTS export to TGB?

The major developing platform I presently use is the Mac Computer. I have purchased TGE and TGB. If I could, I would purchase TGEA.
TGB allows limited use of DTS. Although I have not tested what TGB may do with these files, I would like to export Houdini's DTS files also to TGB.
Will the EULA permit Houdini DTS export to TGB with the same privileges as TGE?

In addition, with the new license updates which sideFX and Derek have worked out, you should be able to use Houdini for all of your Torque-based indie needs, including content packs, in-game movies, and renders.
