File Open Dialog appears when start Debug?

I haven't used Torsion for a while so I was surprised to see the File Open dialog appear when I hit F5 to start a debug session. I recreated to project and the dialog still appears. If I select main.cs and click OK sometimes nothing happens and other times the debug execution starts. Anyone know what this is?

He he... It turns out that the keyboard has a dual purpose set of function keys. It can be either function keys in the traditional way or if the function lock key is off then it has other macro functions. F5 is "File Open" when the function lock is off. Oops. Never mind.
