Created games not showing up in lobby.

Hey, I am new to ThinkTanks, and I am having problems with being able to create a game that people can join. I can create a game, but no one ever joins. I had a friend watch the lobby, but he never saw my game. Any ideas? I run Mac, I have the CRAPPY service Vonage

also, since I don't know ThinkTanks much beyond a 5 min test run, is it possible that there is a registered vs. demo conflict? (assuming that you and your friend are running different versions).

Yeah, most likely gonna be a filtering issue. Check out this link and open your ports: www.garagegames.com/mg/forums/result.thread.php?qt=13828also, since I don't know ThinkTanks much beyond a 5 min test run, is it possible that there is a registered vs. demo conflict? I have my firewall on "Allow all incoming connections" which basically means that my fire wall is not on. So it should let every connection through. Right? I will get back to you with more info on my router.
Thanks for being patient with me!

If your firewall/router is translating to private internal addresses, as most home solutions do, you will still need to forward the traffic to a specific local system. This is assuming you are using an external/hardware firewall solution and not just depending on a software firewall...

The only other filter I have is a program called Content Barrier by Intego Software. In that program, I have Peer to Peer open, (which should allow playing games over the internet with people.) And I can easily create games in The following games:(and people will join them) Battle for Wesnoth and Age of Empires III.Sincerely,

I strongly suggest backing up your router settings before making any changes.

Ben, you still need to get into your router settings and open ports 28000 through 28010. Also if you have port triggering add the same ports. To check to see if your server is visible to all players, click on the master server link at the top of the main page @ www.planetthinktanks2.comI strongly suggest backing up your router settings before making any changes.
