PSK Tutorials on TDN

It seriously took me almost 20 minutes to find it. Did I do something stupid like miss the link in the TGB section of TDN? (We all do stupid things, or at least I do) I did a search and found 2 articles and then removed the /demo_level/ directory and came up with this:
tdn.garagegames.com/wiki/TGB/PlatformerStarterKit
Is this the documentation for the PSK? I was going to edit the wiki but I'm unsure where exactly this should go since other starter kits are on the front page.

I'm not saying play with the doc, I mean add a link to the TGB front page somewhere so people can find it. That's all. I'm playing with the kit now, almost finished with the tutorial, looks cool so far.

I added a link to the front page. Is a LOT easier to find now! :D

There is some documentation provided with the kit's installation, but the Wiki will eventually hold all of the up to date information about the kit.
Yes, play with the kit!

I added a link to the PSK from the TGB main hub page a few weeks ago. Not that it's a bad thing to have it on the TDN home page either.

How about getting that up top instead? I need to scroll down ~2 screens to see it.

The other kit's have buttons on the main page & are listed on the left. That's where I was looking. How about getting that up top instead? I need to scroll down ~2 screens to see it.

As for the banner on the TGB hub page, through massive use of the preview page button- I did have it up at the top or between some of the sections. Visually, the way it is now (banner plus a line of text) it just didn't "fit" having it in either of those locations. Now, I'm not going to say my taste in visual design is better than others and I'm sure most people honestly don't care how the main page looks, but that was one of the reasons. ;)
The other reason was that I felt the Tutorials, Behaviors, and Resource sections all should have a larger priority by being towards the top of the page since the content there is free for all TGB users. The PSK, while awesome, will only be used by a certain percentage of the TGB population since there's a cost to own. In some ways it didn't feel right "promoting" it on TDN above the other sections. I have no problem giving it the same picture plus text layout as the other sections and putting it above the archive though.

Well, adding a link to the PSK on the TDN sidebar is something that GarageGames has to do, if they choose to. I agree having it on the main page next to the adventure kit link is a good idea, so thanks for adding that Stephen. As for the banner on the TGB hub page, through massive use of the preview page button- I did have it up at the top or between some of the sections. Mike I know this sounds odd but I have used that page many times to go to TGB resources. And I have fumbled around to find an link for the PSK page. But I did not alert on that banner. I guess I just took it as an advertisement for sales. No matter what you do I guess you will lose someone. : )

So since I can't read minds, all I can do is ask questions. :)
Is the current TGB layout where you click on a picture or banner to go to a different section not intuitive enough? Are we as internet users conditioned to only focus on blue links and any text in black gets skimmed over? Honest questions, I'm not trying to pick on anyone. :) If people say "no, I didn't realize that you could click on the behavior picture to take one to the behavior listing" or "I thought the PSK link was just an ad banner" then those comments are valuable feedback that I don't seem to get in the TGB TDN monthly updates.

Yes, I know what to me seems intuitive does not mean that everyone else will find it easy to grasp as well. And no matter how "nice" something looks, it's pointless if you can't find the information you are looking for.So since I can't read minds, all I can do is ask questions. :)

I believe I skim and look for blue links first and pictures 2nd. I will likely not find a black link, unless I know there has to be a link there somewhere. Then I will take the time to try to find one. Or not.

Stephen, please tell me that banner is something you added. Ugh, alright, I'm going to blame this on me being tired because I'm ashamed to say I didn't see it there. That or I just didn't acknowledge it passing it off as a banner. I've been so scatterbrained lately. Time for me to just to take a nap. Thanks guys

I added the banner/button on the main TDN page, that's it.

EDIT: The doco, not the kit. Play with the kit a lot. It's sweet.
