Debugging & Deploying to the XBox 360

Can not fugure out how to get any of the TXB projects to debug & deploying to the XBox 360?
1. I Do Have a Creators Club Membership
2. Have secussfully deployed non TXB projects to Xbox 360 using "Microsoft Visual C# 2005 Express Edition"
3. Followed instructions on Welcome to Torque page
4. Get the following message:
"There were deployment errors. Continue?"
Yes / No
"An active Xbox 360 console is not available for deployment. Register an active devise using the XNA Game Studio Express Xbox 360 page in the Options box."
5. In Visual C# 2005 Express I then went to Tools/Options/XNA Game Studio Express/Xbox 360 and attempted a reconnect and connection failed?
6. Non TXB projects to Xbox 360 continue to work fine.
