3DS Max payment plan... But

Appeartently these people sale 3DS Max 2008 with a option to use a payment plan. But you have to be a business. Can a INDIE be classified as a Small business?

As long as you start a LLC, you should be able to.

It is a Limited Liability Corporation. If it's just you, then you can use TurboTax Online to take care of your tax needs (which is quite sweet). I see LegalZoom.com advertising that they can directly work with TurboTax as well.
