ReNumbering added Brushes

by Meyou · in Constructor · 03/15/2008 (3:36 pm) · 4 replies

I have edited the scene and totally vamped the brushes...I have two bad brushes that are logged when exporting (128, 238) but my brush list is listed starting from 600...I have just skimmed constructor finding how to reset the numbering of the list but couldn't find it so I figured it would make a good topic for myself and other guys with the same question. I don't care what the brushes are numbered I just want them reset back to starting at 1 through however many brushes there are....thanks in advance...

I'm not sure of a way to do this.

But, I was thinking of adding a "Detect errors" function that would go through and "select" the bad brushes. I'll try to get to it when I have finished some of the other things on my list.

Actually, one way to do it is to select everybrush and copy and paste it into a new document..
That way you will get it to start at 0 again.

I get everything intact when i try it, even bad brushes, and there you go a clean file with good numbers.
