Does Constructor run on windows 2000?

The exact specifications of the machine I used it on:
AMD Athlon XP 1700+
ABIT NF7 v2.0 motherboard
512MB of DDR 2700 RAM
2x 40GB WD EIDE HDDs
PNY GeForce 4 Ti 4200 64MB AGP 8X
-and- (upgraded video card half a year ago)
PNY GeForce 7600 GS 512MB DDR2 AGP 8X

I have ran Constructor on Windows 2000 w/ SP4 just fine, but I have not tried the latest version so it has been at least four months since I last used Constructor.The exact specifications of the machine I used it on:

I ran Constructor on 2000 before I upgraded to XP. I believe it was the latest, patched version. I never had any problems at all with it. Radeon 9500 video card.
