I doubt it. I think that was technology Dynamix licensed to use in Tribes 2. I don't think it was in house.

When I was playing T2, anyone trying to use the T2 voice chat was usually asked not to. Very rarely could I understand anyone.

Roger Wilco was one of the big ones. Just go with that. :)

Torque does NOT have voice comm anymore it was removed because of licensing issues.

Or if you want to build it back into the engine, which would be cool (cool looking if not practically cool), www.hawksoft.com/hawkvoice/ is a good bet.
