Sorry just swamped at work and have not got to the visibility animations as soon as I get some down time I will do look it over.. but so have no I have not had any issues.

I don't think animation triggers are working. I've tried to create them in the exporter window, just setting a trigger number on and then off 20 frames later and it doesn't show up in showtool or in the engine (I added a callback in the engine)

Sorry, it was my fault, they're working fine! This exporter completely rocks. I'm brand new to blender and it's working perfectly for me.. haven't tried a character model yet however.

I added a callback to fire off a script event for a positive trigger state on any of the 32 triggers.
I did a dts in milkshape and added 2 triggers with on/off states and then did the same in blender. The blender one did not fire off the triggers, though the milkshape did, so I suspect they are not present at all.
Here is the log from a quick export, full export doesnt give the log:

Update!
