Afx 1.1

Salutations!
I was considering purchasing the AFX Combo Pack with my purchase of the TGE 1.5 Indie but noticed that the current version available is 1.0.2 while 1.1 for TGE was forthcoming soon. Will I have to pay for an upgrade from 1.0.2 to 1.1 when it comes out or is it available for free for those that already purchased it? or would I just be better off holding off until 1.1 is released and purchasing it then? Thanks for any information you can provide.
