Cannot create new project

Merry Christmas
So Ive decided to play around with torque x and xna today. Im having a problem getting any of the installed projects to fire up.
Steps ive done:
1. Installed vc# express 2005
2. Updated it
3. Installed GSE
I open up vc# from GSE, go to file->new project, and see the 5 sample torque x projects. I select any one of them, hit ok, then get an error: A problem was encountered creating the sub project 'Game', the project file cannot be opened. The project type is not supported by this installation.
Frustrating.
Only guess i have is that the install of torque x didnt go right? I did a default install on everything. Only hint i may be able to provide, is that when you go to file->new project, the 5 torque x projects are listed when you have Visual C# highlighted in the project types tree list on the left, but they are not listed if you select XNA Game Studio 2.0. I would guesstimate this to be my problem since torque x works with XNA.
How do I fix this?

Also, here is the download URL to get GSE 1.0 Refresh... I've noticed that it's getting harder and harder to find. Hopefully Torque X will be ported over to GSE 2.0 pretty soon.
