Check the files that came in your TT directory. You will find all you need to know. If you don't understand it, you probably shouldn't be running a server anyways.

If you mean a plain normal server without codes and all the fancy stuff simply tgo to multiplayer and click on create boom.
if youwant all the fancy stuff ask xxicebabyxx she has the stuff u want
