Real world CVS and Torque

I would really like some input on how you developers are managing source control with Torque. How are you guys/girls setting up and using it? How about multiple developers? I have setup a CVS(NT) server and use Igloo and somehow managed to mess things up and get myself more and more confused. I think a detailed tutorial would be a great thing if someone has one or if I get get enough feedback I will create one.
