I own a license for TGE and TGEA but I can not view 'dozens upon dozens' of TGE resources.
Could someone please allow me into the tge areas that I can not view ?

I suspect that he means that he owns a TGE 1.5 licence, but cannot view loads of the 1.4 resources, I have the same problem. There's another post somewhere that says people experiencing this problem should email GarageGames and they will be given access to the resources, which I have done, but with no results or answer yet. So I was wandering if anybody knew what email address we should be sending requests like this to or is it simply that GG or extremely busy at the moment and haven't gotten round to it yet?

Tell him you own TGE 1.5 and TGEA and wish to view the 1.4 resources and possibly buy the RTS kit (which requires a 1.4 license). They will quickly grant you access... at least that was my experience.

Oh yeah, don't forget to provide them with your account name. It makes it much easier for a webmaster to administer privileges given the proper user name!

I will email the webmaster as well...but just to explain, I have sent support tickets/emails before...without a returned answer. - It is worth a try though.

Its a known issue from the 1.5 branching out, email the webmaster or post in the Website Bugs forum and it'll be fixed.

Eb: Sorry, I'd assumed the problem with new licensees not getting 1.4 access would have been resolved by now, so assumed you'd just overlooked the obvious link to the resources - it's happened before ;)Glad to see you're sorted now though :)
