MMO project seeking staff [Dynamic games

Project Description:
The project is currently Untitled but I will go through a rough description of the idea. The game will be a MMORPG setting during a fantasy, medieval, and realistic period. This game is set in a dream land called Middle lands of Izilieth (debating setting names). There will be a set of 10 races and 5 classes to choose from within these races. Everything including economy, Faction (guild) houses, PvP arenas and many more features will be guided by members. All armor and weapons will have uniqueness to them such as they will be made according to the race such as an elf will have dragon skin/light metal but any race can use their armor. Each player who starts out in the character creation screen will be able to choose whether they want to be good or evil (will have different names than that). Right now we are just working on the idea but we are looking to take it into development.
Goals:
To make a successful game that will attract players to keep on playing the games and to invite and promote to their friends to play also. I would also like this project to succeed so we can make expansions for the game to add more features for players to enjoy.
Compensation:
Each person on staff is guaranteed no salary on staff but if you stay on the team after the game has been released and I will gladly allow the staff members to have gain access as a GM and some others things that can be discussed.
