TXB loads off screen on laptop

When I try to use TXB on my laptop which has a max resolution of 1280x800 the dialog for loading all the libs displays fine but the main UI displays off screen. I can use the shift, arrows, clicking work around to get it back onto the screen but I have to do this every time its loaded. Would be nice if there were either a way to change things so the software loads correctly (if its a config issue on my end) or report the bug if it is one.
