Cannot buy online

When i try to buy TGEA indie license i get this message "credit card declined".
Why? it seems everthing is alright with my credit card- there are enough money and it's supossed to work. i tried several times to pay with it here on garagegames. no success! Probably some of you is going to tell me that i do wrong with some fields but i did everything as i might be. Are there any restrictions for my country and that's why i can't pay with my credit card?

Edit: I tried again and it worked the next time. Hopefully, I'll only be billed once.

Is there the bad possibility to get the error message that the credit card was declined and to be billed at the same time??!?! :( .
