If I pay $295 for TGEA(Indie) do i get the TGE Indie license too? Or after that i have to pay $150 too ?

You can buy TGE for $150, and then buy the upgrade to TGEA for $145. This will work out to the same price, but you get both.

Jaimi, thanks for that. Just a quick question, do you still have access to future versions of TGE once you upgrade from TGE to TGEA?

Yes, you still have both licenses, and can get future versions.

Thanks Jaimi. I recommend Torque alot and wasn't aware that if you upgraded you kept both licenses.

TGEA doesn't have openGL, and therefore doesn't have cross-platformness.

TGE and TGEA are 2 separate licenses. TGE is $150 and TGEA is $295 for (indie). There isn't an upgrade the price you are talking about was an EA (early adapter) price. That hasn't been available for along time now.

Actually, sorry your right. I thought they canceled that offer after TGEA 1.4 was finished, atleast thats what they said they where going to do on the forums.

TGEA has all the features of TGE, plus all the pretty shaders, Atlas, and more.
Hopefully that answers your question.
