Error with Torque Show Tool Pro

Hello,
I'm getting a stranger error when I try to run Torque Constructor or Show Tool Pro. It gives me an "Error allocating memory". I've tried the programs on 2 different computers, each around 2.6 ghz processor, 2 gigs of ram and an ati Radeon x850 card and both times it gives this error. I was wondering if anyone knew a fix to this? Like a registry edit or something. It's very frustrating seeing as how I just purchased the programs and they don't work on any computer I've tried. Thanks.
