Can't Find Registration Server

My original copy of Think Tanks quit working so I went to my account and downloaded a fresh copy. After entering in my registration code the software tells me it can't find the server.
I tried the offline method and dowloaded my ignition file and put it in the "package contents" (Mac OSX) and launched it again. It still asks for my code and of course it still can't find the server.
Any idea what's going on? Are the registration servers inoperable? I know this is an old game but looks like a lot of peeps still play.
help!

What do I need to do to get this Christmas present to work on the offline computer?

I downloaded Think Tanks and put the downloaded file on a Mac not connected to the internet. I put the ignition file on that computer in the "Show Package Contents" file. When I try to input registration code the message comes up that it can't find the server. I know that because it is not connected to the server. What do I need to do to get this Christmas present to work on the offline computer?

It should give you a Registration ID. Put it into the form located at the ignition page along with your registration key (on your account or the e-mail). It will create the ignition file that you need to place in your product's directory. Just follow the instructions on the registration page. Just use a USB jump drive or something to get it to the offline computer.
