Questions about distributing a game

I have been using the demo version of TGE for a while and i have made a very playable fps game. i would like to release it for the public as a free product. are there any licensing terms for TGE demo that i address see before it.

i don't think there should be a problem as im only releasing the game files and the engine exe file. i am still using some components from the demo(spacekork from TGEA, buggy, from racing demo etc.) so i am a bit cautious about releasing it without a license
can anyone help me?

As long as the game you release it for free that is fine.

What about this situation? :
i have already made some stuff with the Demo. I still don't have a license. I decide to license TGEA and for example i do it. Then do i have a permission to distribute the stuff i have made with the demo(and with money) or i have to start over and gather all the stuff in the licensed copy of the engine?

If you want to sell your game then you need a license.

That's clear but i asked if i have already made the game using the demo version. do i must reassemble the game with the licensed copy or not?

The licensed copy is pretty much the same thing as the demo (same art/missions/scripts) just with source code included and with the right to sell your game (it also gives you access to the private forums).

So, if you want to sell or give away the game you built on top of the demo, then purchasing a license won't actually actually change your game content. In short...you would not have to reassemble with the licensed copy.

Thanks, Mr Fairfax, now it's clear.
