Unable To Find Server... can't register???

Hey,
I looked around at the other support forum but it looks like nothing has been posted there in about a year :)
I sent an email to GG for help but have never heard back from them.
Anyway, I was hoping someone here might help me out.
My copy of Think Tanks quit working months ago but I haven't had time or the interest in fixing it. I downloaded a new copy from "My Account" and installed it. It launches great but when I put in my reg. code it says... "unable to find server, check internet connection and try again".
Any idea what's going on? My internet connection is fine... is there some other way to skip past that screen since I'm already a registered user and all?
Thanks for any help you can provide!!!
Gunnar

Any help out there?

Well, I tried the "offline" method... downloaded my ignition file placed it in the "package contents" but the application (Think Tanks) still asks for my registration key and then tells me it can't find the server. I thought this was to avoid needing to get to the registration server.Any help out there?

The place to go for help with Think Tanks is www.planetthinktanks2.com The forums have game support, modding help, armies, league games and more. The registration is by e mail now so please mention about finding this link on the mail you receive from ptt2 administration.

I tried the offline version and it worked perfectly for me. If your on a mac (and I assume you are as you used the term 'package contents' as in 'show package contents')
Follow this path: TT -right click 'show package contents' - contents - recources
place your ignition in the recource folder. That should do the trick.
You can email me at joren.tt@gmail.com for more help if needed.
