HELP! I want to make a mega man style character that can shoot

I need a tutorial that explains how to make a mega man style shooting character for my game.
I have an actor that can run, jumo, climb, idle etc
But I want the character to be able to shoot a gun at a basic level.
In addition to this I want the character to be able to shoot at angles as well as duck.
Could someone please help me out with this.
