Just installed TGEA and ran the Demo, but got a pink screen

Hi I'm sure someone has had this problem before, but I'm running on a geforce 7400 go and I installed TGEA, but the demo gives me a purely pink screen after loading the demo level. Also the Water demo has nothing but a skybox and the terrain and water are black. Any help would be appreciated.

I do have the latest DX sdk and the platform SDK

Hehe need the latest DX runtime(yes its a different file) and make sure video drivers are up too date.
