Fullscreen Shaders

Does anyone know if full scren shaders are in the latest version of TGEA? Or does something like this resource still need to be implemented?

I can't find anything at all as to its usage if it's already implemented so far. Even the stock demo's underwater looks different than one of the demo videos I saw.
OTOH the bloom, HDR, and glow are all supposed to be full screen f/x, as I understand it. I'll have to look further into it again.
