Torque X for Creators Club Installer error

When running the Torque X for Creators Club setup I get prompted to register C# Express. It's already registered and the install bombs when I cancel the registration dialog. Any suggestions?

Register it again Jim, it's easy enough. For what it's worth I've had VC# Express ask to be registered several times in the time I've had it installed.
