Downloading the lastest version

Is there instruction on how to download lastest version of TGEA from CVS?

Also I don't need TGE installed to use TGEA, right?

There is no CVS anymore.
TGEA is a standalone product.

As Alienforce noted, CVS is gone. Download it from your account. You do not need TGE installed. It is stand-alone.
