Police Shooter Game

Ok, I got a scripter and I, myself, can make the weapons. If I want to make a game where you are cop and shoot a few bad guys on TGE, would I make all the weapns first? I normallly don't make games but only weapons so I am a little confused. Would I also get all the terrain and buildings and bad guys created? Then, what is the scripters part?

Well it would be the job of your scripter to make all the needed scripts to get the bad guys and weapons in game.

Not to mention any functionality that your game requires.

You can start from many different angles. Start with the weapons if you want or start with the bad guys. Doesn't really matter.

Start with the weapons, then move on to Player Models :)
