Beginner Gamer Going to create a game but what type?

Ok, i have about 7 people with me now ( ask me if you would like to join ) and I don't know what type we should create.. Like a cheap shooter or something. Ohh, maybe I can create a SWAT like game. Well if you got any suggestions please post them here. Remember, they gotta be easy becuas I'm new and don't know much.
