Sailboat Simulator

Hello everyone,
I am evaluating Torque for a sailboat simulator. As I am still learning Torque and rather new to 3D modelling and mapping, I would like to get your input on how to achieve a few things:
Dynamic environment
- Variable wind speed and direction
- Rain, snow, clouds, sunshine
- Daytime and nighttime rotation
Water physics
- Waves, including deep ocean waves
- Surf and coast line interation
- Currents and water friction
- Bobbing effects
- Boat wake movements
Moving structures
I would really appreciate pointers to articles, tutorials or discussions on how to achieve these things with Torque. If you guys have experimented or implemented some of these, I would like to hear about your approach.
Thanks in advance,
Theodor
