Select your more complex shapes, add them to groups if they are not in a group- and one by one tick the 'ignore to build maps' option on each group, export as normal and at some point you will find what shape is generating the bad brush face.

"There are bad faces on this brush" Usually is not a show stopping error, it will simply ignore that brush. But if you wish to actually FIND and fix this- or it actually IS a show stopper...Select your more complex shapes, add them to groups if they are not in a group- and one by one tick the 'ignore to build maps' option on each group, export as normal and at some point you will find what shape is generating the bad brush face.

I don't understand how I can even find the vertex that is giving me issues, It's a pretty large shape.

This time click each poly that makes up the erroneous shape and check for any that are small, sliver shaped or flat. You will know when you find it, it will be a poly that do not appear to have any 'shape' to it, just the little square white colored (default quark color settings) 'face handle' - delete that poly, and try exporting once more.
This should do it for you...

Once you find the shape that is generating the error, you could try selecting all the poly that make up that shape and do a 'Merge Polys' on it. (be sure you have the file saved first- as sometimes this will mess up a shape). Then try export, if it do not work the easy way- hit undo or reload. Thanks a bunch guys, I had to do some trial and error, but I found my broken brushes, and replaced them. I saved about 2 hours of work in 5 minutes. Thanks again.

Sounds like you collapsed a vertex.
Isolate it ,,, Select/Delete/Run/Undo and then eyeball it.
Good luck
