Possible TGE 1.5 email bug

I wasn't sure if this was a bug or not. I upgraded to 1.5 over the weekend and I received a blank getting started email afterward. I wasn't sure if it was blank due to the purchase being an upgrade or not, but I figured I'd post about it just in case it is a bug.
