Adjusting window Size?

Is there anyway to Adjust the size for windows in TGB other than changeing to full screen mode. Some of the windows are a bit of a pain to work with due to there size and location. And full screen mode kind of well stinks.

1.5 is in closed Beta, AFAIK. I'm not sure when it will enter open beta.

There is not a set amount of upgrades. It is dependent on how much goes into a specific upgrade, at least in terms of TGE. I'm not sure what the cut-off will be. So far there's been an amazing amount of functionality put in with more on the way.1.5 is in closed Beta, AFAIK. I'm not sure when it will enter open beta.

As for changing the size of the window, if your screen resolution can support it, you can simply change the design resolution in your preferences as well as the game resolution itself ... I use something like 1400x1024 for my design resolution, which gives me all the panels and menus, and my scene window is roughly about 800x600 (my target game resolution)

I believe the next version of TGB is actually scheduled to be 2.0, the 1.5 is a closed beta, and the next closed beta will be something like 1.6 or 1.7 and still remain 'closed' --As for changing the size of the window, if your screen resolution can support it, you can simply change the design resolution in your preferences as well as the game resolution itself ...
