Angus Ghost !

What *exactly* is it ?

But more importantly, why the name "Angus" ? Why not, say, Holstein ? or Arbuckle, or Casper, or ...

An "Angus Ghost" occurs when the previous player object is not removed when you add in the new player object.

This means that someone can shoot your old player object and you will take the damage.

As for the name... no idea. :/

Angus ghosts appear when you give a gameconnection 2 or more player objects...

Well according to my google searches they are either

a) Making fun of scottish people
b) Talking about the Air National Guard of the United States or
b) Just chose that name because they were drunk

Heh, to resurrect an ancient thread...

I work with Angus. He is the one who discovered the bug. They didn't have a name for it, so it's named after him.

So you would be able to load a new mission without deleting the current player, with no problems?
