Please help my confusion....

I just got TGE 1.5. I'm looking through the forums to find out if theres already a compiled and working version of the max2map for 3ds max 7. I see many things but i dont know if its the right one and i see people who has said things might not work. Can someone paste a link to the version I need or send me the compiled max2map to my e-mail, titled "MAX2MAP TGE" Thank you for you help. Also I'm looking for a working DTS exporter. The one i have currently crashes every time i export. I've followed the steps in the resources and nothings working. If someone knows any other tutorials please pass them my way. I am very interested in torque i understand the engine its self to a certain aspest, ive read 3 books on the code part of TGE but im still shacky on the others areas. Anything you can give me for tips will be appreciated. Thank you and i look to hearing about the plus in soon. Thank you so much developers of the world.

Kevin, as far as I know, 3ds max is not really the most recommended tool to produce the dif files you need. After converting to map, you'll have to convert again to dif, who know the problems you'll face...

I, personaly, use QuakeRadiant to produce my map files and then convert to dif using map2difplus, it works fine.

Also, if you can spend some bucks, there's cartography shop and DeleD, 2 good tool to make map files.

On the DTS exporter, are you using the old exporter? That's the one that works for me!

I believe Max2Map died a quiet death and most people use Game Level Builder. It has quirks, as do most polysoup->CSG converters.
