This question is asked (so much as I've seen) 3 times a week. And each time the answer is... "No one knows."

No release date has being made. There was a suggestion it was to be early this year...

Yeah... It looks like they're getting pretty close to a release, but they have to make torque compatible with the extra features they've added (like smoothing).

Oh man. I agree quite a bit. Been hearing about 'constructor' longer then it took Faust Logic to build ArcaneFX. Back when i bought TGE I figured it was the best thing in the world, i would be getting a simple, easy to use 3d engine that had a long life and large helpful community. Unfortunately I see more and more professional time being spent on 'game builder' then anything else. TGE still have all the same rough edges and slapped in programing, yet NOW if i want more TGE support it seems i need to shell out for 1.5. Last few weeks i have noticed my forum searches land on MORE "Sorry, only members who have purchased the following products may access this discussion" then ever before- this annoys me the most.

I love working with TGE, and have learned much from it. I think i actually HATE the direction GG have gone, not nearly as much help on the forums as just a year ago, and far less feeling that there is much community gluing the GG products together.

And, oh ya.. I HATE QUARK, talk about clumsy programmer designed interface.....

Fair enough. I had followed that thread and missed the last few posts. Ironic that...
