Visual C++ 2005 Pops Up a cmd or command window

I am playing with VS2005 Express or whatever it is called and when I run Torque it pops up a cmd.exe window. Is there a way to suppress that? I can't find any options.

I read through the license and can't find any gotchas on releasing programs with this version, does anybody know anything different? I saw a bunch of websites said it was free forever and some such.
