Cant access the RTS-SK on the TDN ?!?

#1 I have the exact same problem. in the TDN if i click on RTS-SK wich i purchased because its listed under my account i get the message:

so youre not alone. i dont remember if there was a documentation there but it would be nice if this could get fixed. thanks!

Probably not that - that was to add a group for an educational licensee. But I might have broken something.

#8 Even though you are asking for people who can get into RTS on TDN, I would like to say that I can not.

#9 I can Ben, but I don't count (admin access and all).

#10 I can't get in either. I also noticed that the RTS kit is no longer on the support choices either. Does this mean GG is discontiuing any support for this product?

#11 It wasn't listed months ago in the support. They posted that it wasn't profitable enough to continue to support it. You'll have to search through some old post in this forum to find that discussion.

#12 Sorry, not to steal the thread, but I missed that post that it was not being supported, is that just technical support, or all supprt as in any future updates etc?

#13 Jon, I'd like to know the same. I'd also like to know when exactly it was taken off the support list, and if I had purchased before or after that time.

The good news is I can get into the RTS section of the TDN again.

#14 This might answer the question regarding support or simply that GG will bring the current kit up to a 1.5 integration level.

#15 Thanks for the info James! I wonder if Jeff or someone else involved with the RTS kit might drop in and give us a update on how things are going with them and their various projects at GG and maybe the 1.5 port update too? :-p


Also on another note it looks like TDN RTS access has been restored.
