Fluid camera

I'm trying to produce an over the shoulder view like illumina, resident evil 4, or gears of war. I have check out the resource on the fluid camera

but I was unable to successfully get the results I was looking for, if someone that has gotten the over the shoulder camera working or just the fluid camera resource working with the expected results, could let me know what I need to do to get this working it would he me on my project.
