An entire class of resource links appears to be broken.

I'm getting quite a few broken resource links. At first I noticed this only with older resources (3+ years old) and so I figured that they had been removed, or something.
But a recently approved resource appears to have this problem as well.
Real-Time, Continuous Level of Detail Rendering of Height Fields
Basically it gives a blank page with the following text on it, in large bold font.
A view source of the effected page shows the following...
After trying to find a common thread, it turns out that this appears to effect every single resource I try to access that's type is of type "Article".
