TSE Version (Milestone 4)

Hello All,

What verion of TSE are people using for development? Since CVS appears to be off-line, I only have access to TSE_MS4.zip via my account downloads section. These files are dated 10/25/2006.

The TSE Roadmap shows Milestone 4 is complete. I would appreciate if someone could help me find a more recent version.
